Made-to-Order Grilled Cheese

  • Cajun Sweet Potato & Chicken (GF)

    A creamy fusion of robust chicken broth, sweet potatoes, jalapeños, sweet red peppers and our signature Cajun spice blend. Finished with all-white chicken breast and local heavy cream.

  • Creamy Tomato (V, GF)

    A velvety emulsification of tomatoes, herbs, spices, and vegetable broth, simmered and pureed with a touch of local heavy cream.

  • Hungarian Mushroom (GF)

    A robust and peppery beef broth with crimini and shiitake mushrooms, Hungarian paprika, and garlic. Finished with sour cream and local heavy cream.

  • New England Corn Chowder (V, GF)

    A traditional rich and creamy blend of corn, diced Maine potatoes and onion simmered in vegetable broth and finished with local heavy cream.

  • Tomato, Lentil & Sausage (GF)

    Robust lentils slow simmered with our own spicy Italian sausage in a hearty tomato & chicken broth, with finely chopped onions, bell peppers, carrots and herbs.

  • Chicken Vegetable & Rice (GF)

    All-white chicken breast simmered in chicken broth, with a mirepoix of onions, celery and carrots. Finished with white rice and a blend of herbs.

  • Cuban Black Bean (V+, V, GF)

    A spicy blend of black turtle beans simmered and blended with bell peppers, jalapenos, and vegetable broth. Thick and hearty with a traditional Cuban flavor.

  • Two Alarm Chili (GF)

    Lean ground beef and pork with pinto beans, crushed tomatoes, jalapenos, and Ancho chilies, slow cooked with a blend of garlic, black pepper and cumin.

  • Maine Broccoli Cheddar (V, GF)

    Locally sourced broccoli crowns, celery, carrots and onions in a creamy vegetable broth, finished with aged Pineland Farms Dairy cheddar cheese from our neighbors in Bangor, Maine.
